CLEAR POLICIES. A BETTER EXPERIENCE.

Intro: Our membership is designed to make beautiful lashes simple, accessible and stress-free. Here's what you need to know: • Membership Options — Founding Membership is $100/month. Standard Membership is $130/month. • Enrollment Fee — A one-time $40 enrollment fee applies to all new members, whether joining as a Founding Member or at the Standard rate. • Included Benefits — Membership includes unlimited full sets and fills, removals, and style changes, subject to booking availability and studio policies. • Member Appointment Fees — Fill appointments are $10. Full set appointments are $20. • Add-Ons — Colored lashes: +$10 per visit. Bottom lashes: +$15 per visit. Spike/wispy styling is included at no extra charge (a styling variation within your chosen style, not a separate add-on). • Duo Membership — A combined membership for two people (e.g. a parent and child, or two friends) is available at $180/month during the Founding Membership period and $200/month at the Standard rate, with a reduced combined enrollment fee. Each member has their own individual account and booking access (each may book up to 2 appointments at a time). • Loyalty Credit — Members earn $5 in credit for every month they remain active, with no cap on how much can accrue. Up to $20/month in credit may be redeemed at a time, and unused credit rolls over. Unused loyalty credit is forfeited if you cancel your membership. • Non-Transferable — Memberships are for individual use only (or, for Duo Memberships, the two named members) and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. A photo is taken at signup to verify your identity at future visits. • No Refunds — Membership fees, enrollment fees, and appointment fees are non-refundable. • Renewals — Membership renews automatically on the 1st of each month until cancelled. • Cancellations — Cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. • Rejoining After Cancellation — If you cancel your membership and later decide to rejoin, you will return at the current Standard rate. Previous Founding or promotional rates will no longer apply. • Freezes — Membership may be frozen for up to 3 months at a time, up to 2 times per year. While frozen, appointments cannot be booked. Your membership reactivates automatically at the end of the freeze period at the rate you froze it at. If you prefer not to reactivate, you may cancel instead — cancelling returns you to the current Standard rate if you rejoin later. • Booking Access — Members receive priority booking access and access to all eligible membership benefits.

Intro: Our appointment and lash service guidelines help us keep every visit smooth, safe and enjoyable. • Booking & Confirmation — Appointments may require advance booking and are confirmed based on artist availability. • Arrival Time — Please arrive on time and ready for service so we can honor the full appointment window. • Late Arrivals — Late arrival may shorten your service or require rescheduling depending on the schedule. • Cancellations & Reschedules — We ask for advance notice whenever possible. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your appointment are charged a $30 fee. • No-Shows — Missed appointments without notice are charged a $40 fee. • Unpaid Fees — If a cancellation or no-show fee isn't paid, all upcoming appointments will be cancelled until the fee is resolved. Fees must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. • Booking Limit — Members may have up to 2 appointments booked at a time. • Lash Prep — Arrive with clean lashes and the eye area free of makeup, oils and heavy skincare products. • Fill Eligibility — Fill appointments are best for guests with enough extensions remaining; otherwise a full set may be recommended. • Health & Safety — Please disclose sensitivities, allergies, eye irritation or other concerns before your service begins. • Aftercare — Following proper aftercare helps protect retention, lash health and long-lasting results.

Intro: Beautiful lashes start with healthy ones. This policy helps us keep your natural lashes, eyes, and overall experience safe, comfortable, and stunning. • Before Your Appointment — Arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, oil, and skincare around the eye area. Avoid caffeine immediately before your appointment if you are prone to eye fluttering. Let us know if you need to reschedule. • Eye Health & Safety — We cannot perform services on clients with active eye infections, irritation, redness, swelling, or other concerns. We may reschedule your appointment or ask for clearance from a medical professional in certain cases. • Existing Lash Extensions — If you have existing lash extensions from another studio, we may require a removal or consultation before applying a new full set. • Style Suitability — Every set is customized to you and your natural lashes. If a requested style is not suitable for your lash condition, we will recommend a personalized alternative. • Allergies & Sensitivity — Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, recent eye procedures (such as LASIK, PRK, or eye surgery), or history of sensitivity before your appointment. A patch test may be recommended for new clients. • Natural Lash Protection — We never apply extensions that are too heavy or long for your natural lashes. If we notice signs of over-processing, breakage, or weakness, we may recommend a lighter set or a break between sets. • Aftercare Support — Retention and results depend on proper aftercare and your individual lash cycle. Retention varies by individual based on natural lash cycles, lifestyle, and aftercare habits.
